Evoluer takes a comprehensive approach to life preparedness and career education for people with special needs, concentrating on important factors such as skills, lifestyle, attitude, and knowledge. Our employability skill program guarantees that specially-abled students are equipped with the necessary skills for success in both professional and personal interests. The duration of the employability skill program is two years. It is a five-day-a-week program in morning and afternoon batches (8 AM to 1 PM and 12 PM to 5 PM).
What are Employability Skill Programs for Special Children?
Employability skills, often known as ‘ soft skills,’ are transferable qualities and vital personal characteristics employers greatly value. These abilities include effective communication, adaptation, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management, all of which contribute to a competent and adaptable workforce. Their importance stems from their ability to help individuals flourish in various working circumstances, boosting productivity, teamwork, and professional achievement.

Counseling and Mental Well-Being
Evoluer employs certified mental health practitioners and counselors who specialize in assisting the Special Needs population. Our team also includes Expressive Art Practitioners who use Art Therapies in our therapy sessions to promote the overall mental well-being of the students at our special school.
Internships and Placements
The training for career education for special kids concludes with a six-month on-the-job training program that includes a mix of in-person and hybrid internships in various businesses such as hotels, schools, IT firms, back offices, and restaurants. Our program alums have gone on to work in respected companies such as Max Hospitals, Reuters, Amazon, and others.
NIOS – National Institute of Open Schooling
Our special education school offers secondary and senior secondary preparation for NIOS in all disciplines for our special students seeking traditional schooling according to their educational objectives. At Evoluer, we focus on developing specially-abled individuals by combining special education, skill development, practical training, and complete support services to promote a smooth transition into the professional world, ensuring every participant’s success and fulfillment.
