Eighteen of our neurodiverse interns have successfully completed a rigorous 6-month eCommerce Amazon training program. They have demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication, showcasing the power of inclusion in our workforce.
In association with Sols Arc, Mumbai, we provided specialized training and support to our interns. This partnership enabled us to create meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent individuals in the eCommerce industry.
Our program concluded with a one-month paid internship for each student in various Amazon warehouses. This hands-on experience not only enhanced their skills but also boosted their confidence and prepared them for future success.
Our students have emerged stronger and more empowered, equipped with valuable skills and a newfound confidence. This program is a testament to the potential and capabilities of neurodivergent individuals, proving that nothing is beyond their reach.
