Ms. Dang founded Bridge2Inclusion and works with corporates to advocate accessible solutions and mainstreaming for Special Needs – both as customers and as employees. Over the past decade, she has worked towards building dialogue with corporates and disability sector heads to increase awareness and expand the scope of mainstreaming employability; some of these corporates include Indigo, PVR, Naukri, and Lemontree. She has also co-authored Meeting Early Challenges: Special Steps For a Special Child (UBSPD) as well as SPARK Readers & Workbooks (VIKAS) with Ms.Meena Cariappa.
Ms Dang is a member of National Program for People with Developmental Disability. She has been a part of the Jury (Selection Committee) for the 19th NCPEDP-Mindtree Helen Keller Awards.
Ms. Dang supports entrepreneurship and is part of TiE Global Board of Trustees since Jan 2021, she is also a Governing Council Member of TiE, Delhi NCR since April 2021, and an Angel Investor.
She has served a wide range of clients and consulted with various organizations on topics related to leadership development, talent planning and on-boarding.
